Exchange information

TOONTOY.com will gladly exchange any purchase within 30 days of purchase.The only exception to this exchange is all Model trains must be exchanged within 14 days, and closeout and clearance items are final sale. We are sorry but we are not able to offer cash refunds. All products exchanged must be new and in unused original condition. For an exchange please e-mail or call us and we will send you a RMA number which must be placed on the return label, otherwise it may be returned. Shipping charges are non-refundable as are giftwrapping charges.
